As part of its activities and in order to ensure its smooth running, the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour (UPPA) or one of its components is required to collect and process personal data relating to students, staff and any person with whom it is in contact (partners, service providers, library readers, etc.).

Information relating to UPPA's external communication
UPPA, located at Avenue de l'Université BP 576 - 64012 PAU CEDEX, represented by its presidency, is responsible for processing in relation to external communication activities.
UPPA's communications department, in collaboration with the editorial managers of the internal components, administers and manages various media (digital and paper) for publishing its information. Some media are publicly accessible (for example, the www.univ-pau.fr website or the public page of the social networks).

Subscription to the newsletters ‘la Lettre de l'UPP@’ and ‘la Lettre d'info UNITA-UPPA’ is by consent. In addition, subscribers to mailing lists may unsubscribe at any time and unconditionally, except for mailing lists relating to internal operations. - Hosting administration: administrators limited to the communications department and contributors to satellite sites,

The contributors to the satellite sites are trained and made aware of the complexity and annual renewal of passwords.
